Artist History Jeremy Culpepper began his recording career in December, 1995 signing with MDG. He has recorded 14 songs to date for MDG, and was produced by Rock-a-billy Hall of Fame Artist/Producer Troy Shondell, then later (in his career) by Songwriter/Producer Hal Newman. Hal's written such monster hits as "BABY YOUR BABY" from GEORGE STRAIT'S Multi-Platinum "PURE COUNTRY" project. Another interesting fact in Jeremy's history is that "IT'S GONNA BE ALRIGHT" was #1 for 4 consecutive weeks in Marseilette, France. This song was written by Rachel Newman (Hal's beautiful and talented wife), who scored GOLD with "GOT A HOLD ON ME" from the debut album "SHANIA TWAIN", Mercury Records. Since the initial and subsequent recording sessions, Jeremy has been busy putting his "high-energy live show" together. He made his debut on stage at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum, opening for the multi-talented and legendary rock/country supergroup, EXILE. Since that day, Jeremy has continued to refine his band and show and has enjoyed continued success as a live performer in many of the casinos along the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
