Artist History When my first little boy was six months old I would get up three, four, five times a night to rock him back to sleep. I kept music playing all night to provide a rhythm. One night between planes approaching for landing I listened to Ruben Gonzalez' piano work on "Buena Vista Social Club." The experience was life changing. I obsessed on sampling and eventually collecting beats. My son is now almost two and a half, and I don't know what to do with myself no longer night waking.
