Artist History Second Class was formed in the fall of 1999, through a merger between 3 other local H-town bands; Sideburn Economy, Infested, and Buddy's Natural Chicken. Jeremy Futral former guitarist for Buddy's formed alliances with Mike Powe, former frontman for Sideburn Economy and together...found independent guitarist Vas Obeysekere. Then the threesome (huh huh) met up with Bassist Jack Sananikone and guitarist Todd Spoth formerly of Infested and produced a mix of melodic punk rock sounds...to the likes of THE ATARIS, LAGWAGON, and NO MOTIV. However..the band went through some difficult times, and frontman Jeremy Futral left the band, and gave the mic to bassist Jack Sananikone. Together the four-piece is currently keeping the Second Class dream alive.
