Artist History
SOULMINE ORIGINALLY STARTED IN THE FALL OF 1998. IN A YeAR AND A HALF SOULMINE PLAYED 41 SHOWS IN THAT TIME SPAN. HERE COMES THE TURN OF THE CENTURY AND SOULMINE DECIDES TO MAKE SOME CHANGES. SCOTT CORY AND JAMES RYAN DECIDE TO MAKE SOULMINE MUCH HEAVIER AND RECRUIT NEW MEMBERS, JASON CASSIDY ON BASS AND TRISTEN MARKHAM ON VOCALS. Together with Scott on guitar and James on drums Soulmine is now a complete unit. The music and vocals are very intense and heavy with many tempo changes and lots of groove. Within the four members is a very wide variety of musical influences. Every member has something different to offer this band. Everything from jazz, hardcore to death/grind metal is incorporated in our music. This is a cool mixture that shows up in our music. So if you like your music heavy with lots of groove. Soulmine is what you’re looking for… |
