Artist History With parents having musical degrees there would be no doubt that I would love music. I've been involved with music my entire life. I grew up playing brass instruments from 5th grade through high school. Once I got into high school I met a person who was so fantastic at the guitar I had to play also. From there my chops and musical boundaries expanded into playing keyboards, bass, vocals, programming, engineering, producing and writing. Some of the bands that I played in over the years had the best musicians around and we were rewarded with gigs with Peter Frampton, Cheap Trick, Rik Emmett of Triumph, Chris Issaks, Dave Wakeling (formerly with The English Beat), Steve Hackett (formerly of Genesis) and one of my idols, Rick Wakeman of Yes. What a thrill it was for me, after listening to and loving Ricks work, to have him listen to me perform!! That's a moment I'll never forget.
