Artist description A one man hit machine. Light Sweet Crude exemplifies all that is wrong with letting people play with sound recording devices. A surreal experience to the listener, at times frightening, at times funny, but mostly confusing. Their songs contain a mix of the musical styles that influence the band.

Artist History One day in late Febrary early March Captain ZaBu decided to try recording some music on his computer's sound recorder. After some searching, better software was found to add some editing and effects. Suddenly song were pouring out, some were enjoyed, some were hated, but all had a special quality that made them Light Sweet Crude. The name is actually an oil indicator found on market reports such as CNBC. The name was thought to be more reflective of the bands music than of oil, so the name stuck. In July a drum machine was found that suited the needs of the band (LSC said "Let there be drums" and there were, and LSC listened to the drums and found that they were good)
