Press Reviews
This split, which appears to be the first release on a new label called Seven Inch Records, features two independent bands from British Columbia, Canada, one of which broke up on the day this CD was released. Each of the bands has seven songs on this CDLP.
Enemy Empire, from Kitimat, BC, blends fast and melodic skate punk with some metal guitar riffs and funked up Chilli Peppers-style bass solos. A band to keep your eye on, though? For sure. They have a good unique thing going for them. review by Tim Krysko-punk international
Punk this good is rare!
This trac totally embodies punk! I mean it was face based, the guitars fit perfectly, and you guys still keep your tracks unique and origional, I hope you guys go far, tracks like this don't come along all the time.

have you heard this song?
if you haven't your'e missin out. it's a rap rock group with a good singer. wow i never thought i'd see the day. the mood is set perfectly by the verse riff. i like the chorus they don't use alot of chord changes but they have a dead on good rythm guitar. of course i can't forget to include the lead guitar. although there is not really any guitar solo to speak of i really enjoyed the lead lick's near the end. and throughout the song

Sojourner Punk
Wow, great composition. Interesting progression throughout. It was like walking through a punk rock museum, taking a tour of its history all within one song, from Fat WreckChords style to hardcore breakdowns to Descendents speed to melodic Pop Punk. Quite a feat, I gotta hand it to you guys. It's not my type of fare, but I'd listen to this song again, I'll tell you that much. Some things of note: sweet lead at 1:15. Also, the vocals are too overpowering during the intro. I think the guitar might be a little too scratchy during the intro, too; you can't tell very well what it was doing... then again, maybe it was something I just got used to later on in the song. Nonetheless, quite a song.
