Artist History Formed in 1995 by Dale Martindale and Sean Kelly, 69 Duster released the album "Mania!" before re-emerging in 1998, featuring ex-members of Images in Vogue, Heater, Wierdstone and Vibrolux, with a mandate to correct a serious lack of feel-good rock & roll in the Canadian Rock music scene.
