Artist History WORDS BY EVAN: This began as playing around with a demo of some audio software I got off a MacAddict disc. I found a power that I never knew I could do by myself. Create music without a band. As I went in and out of bands, I found what I wanted to express wasn't coming out, because there were too many influences coming in. This wasn't a bad thing, but I needed to let my ideas out in a place. As I played more and more I got better. I found new ways to do things and my music became more and more of my soul. I recorded various tracks depending on the mood I was in. The result was "Silence". A 8 Song compilation of my ideas put down on disc. But afterwards I felt dissatisfied with it, because it was all out and raw. There was no control to it. I left the COS project after the release of "Silence" for awhile to concentrate all my energies into bands. After the delay I've come back and started creating new music. This time, the raw edge has been sanded down and finely polished by new software, new instruments, but most importantly, a new outlook on life. The future of COS is only begun...
