Artist History
Sascha Restor came to Boston from Germany to study music production and engineering at Berklee College. It was there on the sixth floor of Berklee’s Massachusetts Avenue dorm that Sascha met Soren Sorensen, a fellow lager enthusiast and pop music fan. After Soren became bored with his next-door neighbors’ drug-addled free jazz jam sessions, he and Sascha eventually became friends and writing partners. After only half convincing Soren that Oasis were a good band Sascha moved to London in search of a brit-pop act to join. Having found nothing but wankers and tossers in London, Sascha realized that he missed collaborating with Soren, despite his non-Britishness, and returned to the fertile crescent of Boston where he found his friend waiting patiently at a video store on Newbury Street. Soren had already played Sascha’s songs for Rob Gold, a childhood friend and chemical engineering student who just happened to play drums. Adam LaCasse, a fellow Berklee student, had been playing guitar and drums for years making him the obvious choice for bass and Schedule 2 was born. |
