Artist History
Steve Kosic has been cutting up tracks since 1996,but it wasn't until early 1998 that the E-Theque project was born. At first, it was just another project, however after a years time had passed, it quickly became one of the central projects to Kosic's musical arsenal. The first single, Hacksystem, was released in thesummer of 1998 to rave reviews and quickly becamean anthem among his underground followers. However, Kosic felt that the track was too simplistic, and began working on new tracks, as well as a revamped version of hacksystem for release in early 2000. He spent a about year editing a number of tracks and finding the e-theque style. The demo release of galaxies came out in early 2000, and surpassed what was done in hacksystem by both musical depth and popularity. |
