Artist description
Winnie writes: Winnie and Rich, that's who we are. Rich provides a foundation of music and words, and I come up with the vocals and harmonies. We build each song by incorporating each of our own styles, and by constantly communicating about what we like and don't like, what works and what doesn't. We "feel around" a lot with the music. It's fun. Rich writes: I think what makes us unique is that we really think about what we put out here; there is a strong metaphysical perspective we share and it generates inspiration and meaning. |

Artist History
Winnie writes: Rich and I met in 1996. We worked on about 4 songs then, and then we did our own things for a while. We kept in touch though, and now, here we are again! I guess the time just felt right for both of us, to work together once again. Rich writes: Yep, we met in a dance club called Planet Austin, where Win would grace the floor. One of her friends tipped me off that she had a great voice so I dared here to come over to the Lab. Our 1st song "Ninth Moon" topped the Spoken Word chart 3 times. We are out to make an artistic statement using the medium of music. Consider the tracks here more like a painting or interpretation of a scene in space and time. |
