Artist description
Here the very first album of the guitarist Donald Loignon where he interprets his own instrumental compositions in compagny of the bass player Jean Bolduc and the drum player Maxime Veilleux. His pieces, where the electric guitar dominates, do not tally with a precise style, sometimes marrying the blues and trotts it. The guitarist does not follow direct line, he trusts rather so that he feels by working the techniques and the agreements. If you like Van Halen, Malmsteen and Satriani you will like it. |

Press Reviews
Like SatrianiThe guitarist realised his rock instrumental album Michel Bilodeau (le soleil 4 mai 1997)Admirer of Satriani, Eddie VanHalen and Yngwie Malmsteen, Loignon wants to now present his album on scene because, he says it is in concert that its compositions take life. " I learned enormously in studio, but in a direction you are too limited, framed. On Scene, you can play your part to 80 % like the original one and you can improvise. The improvisation gives you the oportunity to add. It is a great pleasure. » |
