Artist History
A small dissolved band, Zmegma saw it's tiny beginnings way back in the year of 75, before any of the members were actualy born! This posed quite a problem for their publicity, until the year 2000, when they got together one night and made some weird shit on their computer. Since nobody seemed to understand it, they knew it was art, and decided to release a few of their best artworks. They then signed up with TradeMark Records, who at first did not want anything to do with them, but after hours of sitting around on their porch, decided to take them under their wings, rob them of all their money, and had them arrested for trespassing a few days later! |

Press Reviews
Ringerike Times:Last night, at Benterud Bar, Zmegma decided to show up and ruin the mood as usual. But they never stopped playing, not even when the audience started throwing tomatoes, bottles of beer and paper napkins at them. At least they have spirit, this reporter thought as they played all their favourite Zmegma tunes, like Fitte, Trekukk & Anne Knutsdotter. But they had a surprise up their filthy sleeves this time, they had a new song, Ready 4 Kjepp! This unique Zmegma was actualy quite nice, until the mad drummer went amoc at the end, and trashed the entire stage. All in all, a worthvile experience. |
