Artist History
From San Francisco's East Bay comes Tomfoolery... a groundbreaking band that performs their music with passion, always striving for new levels of energy. The vocalists create lyrics that reach out to today's youth, keeping positivity as a standard – speaking from their own day-to-day experiences and encouraging others to rise above challenges while finding inner strength.Although Tomfoolery has been influenced by many styles of musics, the driving force behind the band is to create their own sound; Tomfoolery definitely has created an influence in the up-and-coming music scene of today. Their latest recording entitled "Crystallization" releases its ever growing power into the listener and at the same time solidifies their place in music.Tomfoolery got it's start when two sets of brothers (Billy and Bob Opsal, Kevin and Kyle Frautnick) teamed up to form the strong musical core of the band. After a short time of ironing out musical styles and creative writing, Tony Trevino and Joe Miltner joined the Tomfoolery crew as the new frontmen. With a solid instumental foundation already in place by the brothers, Tony and Joe added a new level of intensity to the band's sound. They thrive off each others intensity while mixing vocal styles of both hard-core and punk, providing Tomfoolery with their final element. The guitar sounds of Billy and Kevin supply the music with powerful riffs. Add the hard pounding precision of Bob's drumming and Kyle's pure bass playing, and you get a sonic assault of songs now known as Tomfoolery. |
