Artist History Songwriter Russ McRee is a one man studio band promoting well crafted compositions for publishers and singers at www.eyelamusic.com. He's been writing songs and recording direct to a PC based studio since 1993. Contracts with Turtle Pond Music and Song Runners Music have lapsed leaving Russ to seek new relationships with other publishers. He continues to improve his craft and offer excellent songs for performance by artists on the rise or already enjoying success. His experience in the music industry spans near 20 years including popular high school and college bands, radio in the late 80’s, a tri-state club circuit in the early 90’s and years of writing and studio development in the mid 90’s to date. A semifinalist in 1997’s SPIN/Geocities Best Unsigned Bands contest with a song called Old Car, Russ hopes to continue down the path toward success as a songwriter.
