Artist History
During high school I began writing classical music. After graduating I got commissioned to compose incidental music for several stage performances. It was during this time that I met the group of guys I would join up with to form Lieblings Fach. This twelve piece band became a vehicle for me to experiment with different sounds. Rockabilly, Ska, Swing, Electronic, Pop and Lounge all had equal parts in my compositions. It was during this time that I developed my sensibilities for electronic music. Lieblings Fach toured Northern California and soon caught the ear of a few record companies. A record deal was offered but certain limitations and the record label BIG BUYOUT of the late 90's forced the band to call it quits in the spring of 1998. Disillusioned, I decided to take time off from music. A year later I have decided to explore the realm of electronic music from Dance to Lo-Fi and back again full circle. |
