Artist History
Kerstin and Dave worked together in an electric band for a decade. But it seemed that a lot of good music got lost amidst the diverging agendas of band members, not to mention the politics of the local club scene (like all local club scenes). So several years ago we re-built the project around the fact that we wanted simply to write and perform the best songs we could. Since then we have appeared in showcases in New Orleans and Cleveland. Our latest release (May 2000) is a 21-song CD entitled "Slap." |

Press Reviews
"Kerstin Elisabeth has a great folk-rock voice, crystal clear with an edge that sounds as if she's telling a story, even when she isn't. The guitar support of Jim Madigan and Dave Sierk provides a full sound. Original sound--too rockin' to be coffeehouse; I'm thinking it'd be huge at festivals, and it's a full enough sound it'd probably rock the house when cranked."--Geoff Wilbur, Renegade Newsletter, 1999 Industry Edition |
