Artist History The band started out simply as a quest to fulfill a promise to "DownTown Tony Brown", the lead singers fiancee who passed away at home with her.He always harped on her to record her own music and to get a band. She simply never had the time, so shethought. Being a small business owner and a mother of 3, she couldnt comprehend the idea. Upon loosing Tony, shemade it a personal quest to record the song "Good-bye" that she wrote for him and called some old friends (musicians) to get together.And that is how DownTown got started in December of 1998.
