Artist description
I am a singer/songwriter finishing up my last years of a doctorate in clinical psychology. I collaborate mostly with friends with whom I sang a cappella for several years in Boulder, CO. Some day soon, when I'm not so buried in schoolwork, I'll get some more of my tunes recorded and posted. In the meantime, enjoy my first two efforts... |

Artist History
In 1994, I co-founded a successful semi-professional a cappella group called In the Buff (based in Boulder, CO: www.inthebuff.org), which continues today. I have also played guitar for almost 15 years. These influences together make for a sound that aims to be natural and unaffected, oriented toward a straight-forward vocal and harmony approach that doesn't hide behind the instruments. Because of my background in clinical psych, my lyrics tend to be introspective and expressive of all the things I find hilarious, painful, and beautiful about this wild world. |
