Artist History Urban Serpent was established 1999 in Dunedin with an aim of promoting and propagating underground expressionism. After publishing work by fifty artists over 4 issues and releasing work by 20 bands and solo acts over the last 2 issues Urban Serpent is looking for contributions for our next 4 issues
