Artist description
The Freaks are a bunch of wild poets/musicians/artists/mad people who feel that creativity is vital to the survival of the universe, it being the fuel that drives the astral pistons to quiggle and quasiburbulate the Ever Expanding Engine priming the various galaxies for Ecstasy Induction, which, if you didn't know, is what makes everything taste, smell, look and feel good according to the Laws of Yumphysical Space, which includes this macroverse. Our Music, with Marked Exceptions (*) is all improvisational, including the lyrics, in the spirit of experimental energy exchange and YumFun Physical Calculation. We Freaks think with our entire Beings, from forehead to toenails, to bring you Freak Soup, an intoxicating concoction composed of strange instrumentaion, Top-of-the-Head/Notebook lyrics, and Frenetic Genius Collaboration. Guaranteed to modify cerebral space as you know it, and in some cases, twist your head around a few degrees. In fact, we know our hardcore fan base by their oddly angled necks and feral eyes, and their propensity for badly muttered (or was it madly buttered?) puns, bizarre costumes, and spastic dancing. |
