Artist History The official SORGHEGARD biography The members of various Swedish blackmetal acts such as, DIABOLICAL and CONQUEST formed SORGHEGARD in the early 2000. The whole concept behinde the new project was to play fast, brutal and aggressive black metal the old fashioned way. Since all of the members of SORGHEGARD are Swedish, so are the lyrics. With song titles like: “AV LÖGN ÄR NI LÄRD”, “DÖDENS VINGAR” and “KVAR FINNS BLOTT SKUGGOR AV GODHETENS TJÄNARE” the band spreads its antichrist messages. Their first recording took place in HEDBERGSKA STUDIOS in Sundsvall in March 2000. SORGHEGARD recorded “KVAR FINNS BLOTT SKUGGOR AV GODHETENS TJÄNARE” within four hours and the result is that the band now will attend a compilation CD that will be released later this year. SORGHEGARD is now rehearsing and preparing new songs. To be continued.
