Artist History
OK, so you're probably wondering "What the hell are the Itching Butt Herpes?". Well, IBH (as our 2 or 3 fans affectionately call us) is the name of the band that my friends and I started during our senior year of high school because we had nothing better to do. None of us had ever picked up an instrument before, but we thought it would be fun to start a band, so we said "what the hell, let's do it!". The band currently consists of three members; Matt "Uncle Scrotor" Giardina (lead and rhythm guitar, vocals), Pat "P-Dat" Garney (drums and strange facial expressions), and George "G-Funk" Buell (with the big bad bass). We all bought our instruments super cheap (because they are all pieces of shit, especially Pat's drums) and basically taught ourselves how to play in about 4 months. We spent countless hours in my basement and garage and also pissing off our parents and neighbors with our extremely loud punk/metal outpourings that we somehow managed to eventually turn into a few songs. We made it into a talent show at our high school in June of 1997 and we blew everyone away! Due to conflicting interests, that was the only show we ever played, but as soon as everyone is finished with college, we'll be back in action playing some shows and kicking some ass! |
