Artist History Hit and Run is a Baltimore based trio. Their sound comes from an amalgamation of influences stemming from blues, jazz, folk, trip-hop, experimental, and improvisational music. The sound has a darker vein and emphasizes mood over musical techniques. It's members, Sean Krus, Chad Heyer, and Dave Marsalek formed in October 1999. Since then the band has spent most of their time writing, arranging, and rehearsing material. Thus far, the band has been well received and will be playing numerous live dates during the Summer 2000, primarily in the Northeast US.
