Artist History
Pat and I started playing hootenanny's in 1961 then surf music. We started our first band in 1963 playing covers around town as Herb and the Vandal's and the twig's and split up by 1966. In 1967 I was turned on to my first stereo real to real tape recorder and from then on I would write my own music. At the same time Pat and I found Bill Houston around the corner and met JP at a party we were playing. That night we were taping in my very humble studio off and on till 1975, the real world was calling....Mac Northrop |
