Artist History
The Matt Barranti Band was formed in the fall of 1991, after Matt learned of a Duane Allman tribute in Philadelphia PA. After booking the opening slot, Matt called on some friends and literally put the Band together in three short reheasals. After a 7 hour drive to Philadelphia, the Band found themselves sharing the stage with Thom Doucette, Derek Trucks, Dangerous Dan Toler, and Toy Caldwell. 8 years later the band is still going strong. |
