Artist description
Fast and sometimes sappy songs about love and cockroaches. Our Engineer Bill Stevenson called it "arty punk rock." A series of stumble and recoveries make a sound that's tight in a "record is skipping" kind of way. They're too cool to be a bar band but too desperate to be actual recording artists. There not quite what you'd expect but on the fifth listen, hard to forget. |

Artist History
All Ohio transplants to Chicago Illinois. The guitarist and drummer are brothers and have played together since Robbie(drummer) was 10. Formed 5 years ago all having depression and Ohio in common. With a will to survive they put together the shyest bunch of good-for-nothings this town has ever scene. And somehow, with nothing to live for but a need to rock, it worked. They became unsung heroes of the Chicago Rock Community. Respected for no schtick but pure punk rock energy that was neither hateful or cliche'. |

Press Reviews
"Hey. f*** yeah. I like the fast guitar, dual shoutin stuff. They've obviously had some good influences. See 'em live funny as all get out"-Reglar Wiglar-Chicago IL
"New Rob Robbies lean more toward an early Black Flag sound. Noticeably bouncy bass and fast vocals with melody keeps this track interesting"-Maximun RocknRoll-Berkeley CA
"New Rob Robbies play garage with a purpose, marrying good time riffs with hardcore backing vocals"-No Bare Feet-Tampa FL
