Artist History
Formed 2 years, the band played the Irish gig circuit while studying in Belfast & in that time they featured on no less than 4 compliations, had a Live concert broadcast on Mike Edgar's Across the Line show on BBC radio and made several local TV appearances. They played at the Heineken Green Energy festival last year in Dublin along with prestigious acts such as Suede & Beck, and were part of the IMRO showcase tour, which circled Ireland.
Since moving a year ago, they've played prestigious London venues such as The Hope & Anchor, The Mean Fiddler, The Bull & Gate, The Red Eye and Dublin Castle, and have begun work with producer Steve Hepworth and video producer Tina Osman on an exciting documentary which will cover the band's history to date.
Jude have recieved much critical acclaim from people such as Stuart Bailie from the NME, Debbie Schow from Hot Press & 2FM's Dave Fanning. They are set to release their debut single 'Best I've Ever Had' on Immortal Recordings (Ireland) this Autumn when they also plan to showcase their powerful live show in front of the industry at London's Cockpit Theatre. |
