Artist History
Jerry Fielden has been around since the early 1970s in various Montreal and Toronto bands, performing in various venues, jamming with and learning from luminaries such as Frank and Vince Marino (Jerry was in a short-lived band with Vince in the 70s) - and playing with schoolmates such as François Bourassa - in Montreal , and Jeff Healey, Tony Springer, Lisa Price, Lori Yates, etc. in Toronto clubs such as Derringer's and the Upper Lip in the 80s, and is now working on solo albums. The 1st album, The Hunt, was a MIDI-based project with many various instrument sounds. The 2nd album, Children of the Night, and the 3rd, The Mime, feature more guitars and a harder sound, but keep the melodic approach of the 1st. Jerry is also a published photographer with works in many magazines, newpapers and web sites, and has shot 2 albums for the band Anvil. |
