Artist History
Bewkenheimer was originally formed in the mid 90's. The band took a break for a few years to pursue other interests and further their knowledge of the music industry. Clark Brown developed a successful solo career performing with such well know artists as Geezer Butler from Black Sabbath, James Murphy (solo album) and Glen Avelais (LD-50) from Testament. Matt Cole managed several music stores and is now the proud owner of Makeshifts Studios. Lance Cole toured with Birdbrain and went on to manage several clubs as well as become part owner of the Lucky Dog Music Hall. The band regrouped in mid 1999 and added Andy Holmes(7 Hill Psychos guitarist) in 2002. Now that the group is set, the band is polished and the live shows are stronger and more powerful than ever. Bewkenheimer has gained such notoriety as being nominated as the “Hard-core/Rap-core Act of the year” in this year’s “Best Music Poll” in the Worcester Phoenix. This, among other praises, proves that the bands is ready to take their music to the masses and make an impact in the music industry to the likes that no one have ever witnessed before. |
