Artist description
The Goldbrickers have been reviewed as "country retro pop" but would extend that desciption to include surf and western swing. Unlike their influences, the goldbrickers have a female lead singer which gives those styles a bit of a twist. Mostly they try to have fun and play music with which they feel a connection. Their debut record, 1600 miles, tries to capture the high energy and fun that can be found at their live performances at various local taverns. |
