Artist description Prulers come from Slovenia, a small country in Central Europe, from Ljubljana, the capital of Slovenia and from Prule, best neighbourhood in ljubljana. They've grown up together, went to the same school, listened to the same kind of music and did all sorts of silly things together. In 1988 they decided to promote their mutual interests thru music.
