Artist description plan b genius is a new sextet from northern va. we have a groove laden backbone that is formed by tight percussion and unbelievable bass lines. the next layer consists of a dual guitar attack, implementing funky rythms, shimmering licks, and a heavy dosage of effects. this is followed by soulful, intelligent lyrics transmitted by the duo of vocalists who perfectly complement each other. add into the fray extraneous amounts of turntables and percussion and you get the sound that is plan b genius.
