Artist History
After years of writing and fronting rock bands in Ottawa, Canada I relocated to London England and made my first full length record, titled "Delightful Disasters". Through clubs, pubs, and the occasional tube stop along with the help of a regional hit "Explorers" I sold enough "Delightful Disasters" to make another record. My goal was to always end up in the United States and since I had become a compulsive songwriter I felt Nashville would be a great place to start. Not long after my plane landed I found some out-of-place musicians from N.Y., a few dark clubs and an audience that didn't throw anything. One strange night a man approached the stage at a show, and soon afterwards I was recording my new record at Emerald Sound Studios. As you listen to this record and read this bio, I will be setting up for tonight's show at some dark club. You are always welcome there. dave |
