Artist History
History.. it is very short, without creating music and learning new ways how to do it, I had nothing else concerning this project. I wish to release a CD on mp3.com, but yet I have to write new material and 'remix' old to get something good to listen. |

Press Reviews
Mike Bell (Enigmatic) writes about Hard Day's Night: What marked this song apart from many others the first time I listened to it is that it has a fairly constant and recognisable tune and sound. It ambles its whole length in a way that leaves you knowing what it's going to do; fine when it sounds good, as this does. I liked the "hopeful" electrons (as I think of them) which populate the opening and reappear a short time later for another stint. This track risks treading itself a trough until a welcome fill just after the 2 minute mark where it spends the next minute stepping up a gear, then pauses for some great metallic plonks which set the meter for the remainder of the tune. It's hard to be unkind about this track. It is endearing in its pleasantness and I guess my main problem with it is that it goes on a mite too long with too little change. This would be fine in the background, but needs more character if it is to stand up to closer listening. Perhaps it just needs a more recognisable sound, something prominent to give it personality, because as it stands the various elements of the track are in my mind given too similar levels of importance. Keep going; yes, you are getting better. |
