Artist History
Kinky Fox was a active band from the end of the seventies to the beginning of the nineties. Over the years many musicians were part of the formation. One of the lead singers, Johnny Kemp went on a solo career and hit the chart with a song call 'Just Got Paid'(Friday night). I am sure you remember that one ! The unreleased tape were made between 1989 and 1991, when I was a member. The Band was originally from New-York but moved in Montreal, Canada at the start of the eighties. I join the band in 1988 and performed with them across Canada until the band separation (1991). Before the split up we made this demo of original material. I will always remember these guys, Burnis, Kevin, Soso, Tyrone, Carlos, Vinny, Tasso, Yuri, James, John and Jesus. Sometime it was pretty tough on the road but I remember specialy the good times. This is a tribute to Kinky Fox and all the group members over the years. Special thanks to Gary and George for the cash for the demo and for my keyboard stand ! This site is an attemp to get all the members back in touch. If you were part of Kinky Fox at anytime, Please contact me and maybe you can help me update the site with music, stories and pictures. Enjoy ! |
