Artist History Ryan met Greg and Trout in Hesperia, CA way back in 1990-91. They performed together at a desert rat party as two seperate bands-Feeding on Leaves(Ryan) and Bucket o' Nothing (Greg and Trout). They exchanged cassettes, and parted for a year. Both of the above mentioned groups disbanded and Greg and Trout called Ryan and asked him to sing in a new band they were forming, Zen Leafworks. They put together a demo and played a few shows, then decided the desert way of life (trucker speed and deep creek) was no good. They wanted the good life, wihch happened to be Nebraska's state motto, so--naturally they moved there. St. Nickelhead was born-enslaving Jeff to work the bass factory, a new dawn had begun...
