Artist description
Sower performs original, Christian music in a guitar-based rock style. Our music combines elements of rock, blues, and folk. It is guitar-based, melodic music. We employ background vocal harmonies coupled with strong rhythms and bass lines, as well as interesting guitar solos. Our music has a message. Its intent is to encourage a life of faith in Jesus as Lord to the glory of God the Father through the power of the Holy Spirit. We believe that one is saved by the grace of God through faith in Jesus. We also believe that God transforms the believer through His Holy Spirit so that we may glorify Him through our lives. We hope you enjoy our music and find its message to be an encouragement to your life. |

Artist History
The band was formed in 1985 with the goal of using our music to communicate clearly the teachings of the Bible. We are based in northwest Pennsylvania since moving from south central Pennsylvania in 1997. We perform at church youth events, fairs, camps and coffeehouses. In 1997 we released our first CD entitled "The Path." We have followed that with the release of "Something Gold, Something True" in 1999. |
