Press Reviews Be sure to give the band a listen, because they're more than worth it. All three songs sound absolutely professional and will no doubt satisfy any fan of Maiden or older Helloween...LYCANTHROPY PARAPHRASE: I think this is the best song on the demo. Very 'flowing', and with lots of variation and a nice atmosphere. The vocal melodies over those riffs are great! This is a very 'rocking' tune with good lyrics, an interesting structure, impressive vocals, and some wonderful leads in the middle. Marc sounds like a genuine Dickinson/Kiske hybrid on this track. CHILDHOOD: A good metal ballad, and at 9.5 minutes a very extended one at that. This one's pretty folky I think. The vocal performance here is very moody and there's loads of instrumental parts everywhere, which makes up for quite an interesting song. Sounds a bit like a Dream Theater-ballad actually... THOU SHALT NOT LIE: Another rocking tune. Sounds like it could have been on Piece of Mind or The Number of the Beast. Quite straightforward with more of those Dickinson/Kiske-type vocals. A bit more up-tempo this one, I think it could also have been on one of Helloween's Keepers-albums, actually. [Listen to this in Real Audio]Sagent are well worth your time and money. Perhaps we'll see them in some of the bigger magazines in time, but with this kinda quality and sound I think that shouldn't be too surprising. Looks like yet another good German band has emerged...
