The outfit consists of frontman Blake Thompson on vocals and lead guitar, Andy Joslin on rhythm guitar,Chris Kulman on bass and Scott Kusmirek on drums. Part of Bit O Jane's flavourful appeal, however, comesfrom an unusual lineup, which allows for three lead singers and an occasional injection of mandolin and sax.Most of its members are skilled musicians on more than one instrument, which is often showcased to thedelight of the crowd. |

Bit O Jane, winner of the 1998 Arizona Music Award for Best Pop/Rock Band (unsigned) had theirbeginnings in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in 1997. Soon after, however, they embarked on a journeyWest and ultimately took up camp in Tempe, Arizona. Since then, they have injected the colorful collegetown with a unique sound that has best been described as "Middle America Rock." |
