Artist History TCPL (Trans Canada Parking Lot) was a name brought along by Kelly Warkentin. In a way it is a sarcastic protest name that relates to the government against the brutal traffic problems of Vancouver (BC) rush hour along highway 1. TCPL is Rob and whoever decides to pitch in with vocals or whatever.. The main project right now is Spaciallure, which is found at www.mp3.com/alluriuum
