Artist History
Formed in 1999 and originally known as "Wild America". The small town boys started playing Friday's After Class at the local tex-mex restaurant and quickly gained a following of drunken fools. During their tenure there they managed to piss off the student body president, many old women, and presidential hopeful Bill Bradley. After they were given the boot (financial reasons were to blame) they quickly hit the booze and sunk further into alcoholism. A valiant comeback was later staged at Hyde's 4th of July party where the band showed their loyal fans that they indeed had not missed a beat. They plan to record a studio album sometime in the fall of 2001. |

Press Reviews
"People often say the Toboggan Brothers need a full band outfit. But after hearing their calculated mix of vocals and acoustic guitar this reporter is left wondering if they really do need that band."
--- Solon Station
"Lead singer Jesse Hyde is a mysterious and troubled character. It is amazing watching him perform. After hours of listening to his majestic voice you still have to keep telling yourself that this man is drunk. Very, very drunk."
--- ICON
"Torrey Wogen's play style is matched only by his brawn. He is a complete guitarist."
--- Acoustic Guitar Journal
"There is nothing that won't come out of (Jesse) Hyde's mouth."
--- The Warchild Report
"There is nothing sexy about these two boys. But I've had sex with both of them over seven times. Hyde is bigger, but Torrey is a better lover."
