Artist History
• Started playing guitar at 8 years of age & drums at 12 in Winnipeg. • Moved to Toronto age 15, played in several local bands. • Completed Humber Jazz Guitar Program • 1990, won Toronto Fender Guitar Warz Contest. • Taught guitar to 40 students per week, including Alex Lifesons’ sons, Adrian and Justin. • Factor grant to record guitar instrumental at Metalworks. • 1992, “Friction Burn” guitar instrumental featured on Q-107 Homegrown Vol. 14. • Recorded program music for Q-107 at Skylab with Bob Shindel. • Released “Ambient Dreams”, atmospheric CD, in US & Europe through Marshmellow Records, 1997. • Owns & operate Attitude Recordz/Attitude Sound Design/The Bat Cave Studio, as producer/engineer for recording artists. • Currently writing instrumentals & featuring guitar & tracks of “experimental” music without guitar. • Plays with the Day Job Orchestra, a progressive instrumental rock band. |
