Artist History
While going to school in Davis, Calif. singer
and songwriter Patrice de Muizon (OJ's Bronco,
Sully) built up a collection of songs. The
band itself didn't actually come together
until Patrice and his wife Priscillia Perret
moved to San Francisco. Soon after the move,
the guitar and bass playing couple teamed up
Matt Schatzinger (Hard Ups) on guitar and Dave
Clicquennoi on drums. Invid has played some
notable shows with some great SF bands:
- fiver and the naysayer (stork club)
- roguewave (the makeout room)
- golden shoulders (with todd roeper of cake)

Press Reviews
"I was going to leave after Rogue Wave played,
but I got caught up in shooting the shit with
some friends and before I knew it the next band
was playing. Invid is their name, and I don't
really know much about them other than I enjoyed
their set pretty well. They came out of the
block with two really great songs, and the rest
I would just classify as good. The first song
sounded like it could be a Clash cover. I love
the Clash, so this perked my ears right up.
After that, they played a great little pop
gem that reminded me a lot of Built to Spill
because of the guitar player's use of the
slide. After that, I couldn't really get the
BTS comparison out of my head, although they
were no where near as jammy sounding as BTS
can be. Anyways, they had a decent sound
and I'll have to keep my eyes open for future
shows by these cats."
