Artist History Myriam Filz is the former leadsinger,bassplayer und co-founder of the pop-rock band,"Alice in the Fields".They signed with BMG Ariola and released two albums and three singles.Alice in the Fields received a large degree of success in their homecountry of Austria and in other countries throughout Europe,Asia and the South Pacific.In 1996,their first single,"Smile",hit number two on the Russian charts and number seven on the Austrian charts.Myra studied bass at the prestigious Austrian Jazz Conservatory.As an extremely versatile musician she soon found herself in high demand for recording sessions and live performances.Myriam was also a member of Falco`s (Rock me Amadeus) last performing ensemble in late 1997.After relocating to Los Angeles she gathered a group of excellent players.this band is simply called "Myriam".Go and check it out!
