Artist description
Kilgore Trout formed a few years back when they got together to remake their favorite Residents album, Duck Stab/Buster and Glenn. They've made all 14 songs, with a couple extra versions of a few songs, but aren't allowed to distribute the album due to "rights" issues (they are currently persuing the rights to release the full album, extra tracks and all). Currently, Kilgore Trout are working to build their base of original work with lyrics, which they find quite difficult, "what can we say that anyone wants to listen to?" Consequently, their lyrics range from topics like why the car doesn't run, how not to sound like an ass-hole when making and reviewing new music, and Mr.0(zero)'s love for his girlfriend. |

Artist History
Members of Kilgore Trout have been making music for years, but only one has any legitimate music background, and that was in highschool. Otherwise, they learn as they go, which, they believe, is the only way TO go. |
