Artist History “MNM” A.K.A. Mario N.Marrero started in the music business back in 1979 where he joined a Funk / R&B Band as a bass player that opened shows locally for other acts in the area. In 1980 he moved to Hawaii and joined two other R&B/Funk Bands and started his recording experience in various studio’s in Hawaii as a song writer / bass player. In 1982 “MNM” and one of his bands opened up a show for the group “GQ” in Scolfield Barracks Hawaii. That show was very successful in his carrier, he began doing studio work as a bass player for a lot of different groups as a result of that show. In 1985 “MNM” moved to Los Angeles California where he began writing rap tracks for various Artists. By 1989 moving to Victorville California where he is a resident today “MNM” started his Recording Label / Publishing Co. called “Funk Squad Entertainment”, now working with different Artist from R&B to Hip Hop. “MNM” put together a Hip Hop-Rap / R&B Compilation from the Artists he is working with, the Compilation is full of funky ass banging tracks that “MNM” put together, accompanied with some straight down real to the streets Lyrics from the Artists. Similar sounds to Artist like Dr. Dre’, Snoop Dogg, Tupac, Ice Cube,Redman, Xzibit, Master P, Ect... “Bangin”! I know for a fact that fans of Hip Hop will like this Compilation,Cause “MNM” already took it to the street and let people of the streets and not of the streets check it out , and it got an enormous response.
