Artist History Crazy Jane was formed in 1992 by Jackson, Wren, and Mark. Jackson was at a Moose Club gig doing the lounge thing(ironic that now lounge is chic) and he met Mark and began talking about music. While on break Jackson introduced Mark to Wren. Within a short time CJ was born. The first CD release was CHOICE ORANGES which was very much in the alternative rock genre. The next release was PILOT.PILOT was recorded live at Commongrounds in Charleston WV. PILOT was the first project with bassist Chris Allen. For the next two years, CJ gigged and worked on material. Then in late 1998 and early 1999, the band began cutting tracks in Morgantown WV for the current, self-titled release:CRAZY JANE. This release is significant as it represents CJ's move to a funky, world music, pop, path. Soon, CRAZY JANE will embark on a national tour/vision quest. Be there or be square.
