Artist description
Fueled by an energy-laden sound that mixes 2 parts 'power' for every one part 'pop'. With a strong sense of melody and grit, the trio's latest LP, Stealing Souvenirs, is generating enthusiastic results. In March of 2003, the band won the Budweiser True Music Live Showcase in Columbus Ohio, and is now a feature band on budweiser.com along side up-and-coming artists like The Donnas, Finch, and The Used. Twin Cam has appeared on the Warped Tour in both 2001 and 2002, played national bills with Unwritten Law, MEST, and Student Rick, and was selected as part of Cringe.comÕs ÒBest ofÓ Compilation for 2003.

Press Reviews
THE COLUMBUS ALIVE October 2002
Power-pop trio Twin Cam is riding high on the heels of the release of their latest full-length, Stealing Souvenirs (Strip-ed Ape). Actually, power pop may be a bit of a misnomer here--Twin Cam flat-out rocks. There are poppy overtones, but the emphasis is on the power. Melody, deft musicianship and clever (but not cute) tongue-in-cheek lyrics dominate the album. It's got teeth and claws, and it's not shy about baring them when called for.
